Jay & Erica are 2 of the 8 agents in the Schulze Insurance Group, which has provided Medicare solutions for the greater Miami Valley area since 1994!

We currently service 450+ clients living from Lima to Dayton. Being an independent agency, we are licensed with the best and most well known Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and Prescription Drug companies.

A bit about us…

Jay was born and raised in Fort Loramie where he attended and graduated high school in 2009. After graduation, he earned a bachelors degree from Bowling Green State University in Marketing and Communications. Beyond his 9-5 of Medicare, he has taught 4th grade religion since 2019. You may also find Jay at St. Michael’s church leading musical praise and worship, or at a local restaurant playing acoustic guitar on the weekends.

Erica was born and raised in Minster and attended BGSU after high school. She earned her degree in high school education and has taught government, personal finance, and college credit psychology for 9 years at Marion Local. She taught from 2015-2024 and has recently joined Jay and is now part of JSI Medicare Solutions. While attending BGSU, Erica played 4 years of volleyball as the setter for the Falcons. Fun fact, Erica was asked to play for the BGSU women’s basketball team her senior year and said “yes!”

While growing up in neighboring towns, Jay and Erica (Fullenkamp) met 100 miles north at BGSU. We married in 2016 and have been blessed with a son Archie (4) and a daughter Camille (2 1/2).
